Common use of ENGINE CONDITION Clause in Contracts

ENGINE CONDITION. 4.1 Each Engine will have at least [*] Flight Hours, [*] Cycles, and [*] months remaining after the Expiration Date to its next expected removal for shop visit. No Engine shall be “on-watch” as a result of any of the inspections accomplished prior to Expiration.
