Engineering Certificate. In the event that the Contract requires any Engineering Services, the Contractor shall submit to the County, no later than the due date for submission for approval of any engineering work product, the Certificate of Authorization (“Certificate”), issued pursuant to § 7210 of the New York Education Law, of every person performing any Engineering Services. The failure to file, submit or maintain the Certificate shall be grounds for rejection of any engineering work product submitted for approval.
