Common use of Engineering Drawings Clause in Contracts

Engineering Drawings. 4.1 The Developer covenants and agrees that the Engineering Drawings for the construction and installation of the Local Improvements for the Development Area shall conform strictly to the Design Standards. 20 -DA- 4.2 Subject to the terms of this Agreement, it is understood and agreed to by the Parties that the Developer must construct the Local Improvements in accordance with the Engineering Drawings as approved by the Municipality. 4.3 It is understood and agreed that the Municipality's approval of the Engineering Drawings for the Local Improvements shall be in principle only and, in the case of unforeseen conditions which may adversely affect development, or in the case where a Local Improvement to be built in accordance with the Engineering Drawings would not be suitable for the purposes intended, the detailed design specifications for any of the Local Improvements shall be subject to review and revision, from time to time, by the Municipality in accordance with the Design Standards and in accordance with accepted engineering and construction practices.
