Engineering Information. All shop drawings, specifications, tool drawings, blueprints, engineering data, surveys, technical drawings, equipment manuals, test data, manufacturers' warranty information and other like documents relating to the Business, including past and current products and prototype developments and drawings which are in the possession of Seller.
