Common use of Engineering Liaison Clause in Contracts

Engineering Liaison. 2.1.1. The parties will promptly establish engineering liaisons, who will cooperate regarding the technical matters necessary for effective operations under this Agreement in practice. The parties will each provide the other with name(s), address(es), and telephone number(s) of a person who will be their engineering liaison and will update this information as required to keep current. 2.1.2. A party wishing to move the interconnection facilities, or change or update the interconnection specifications which may materially affect the ability to provide the Services, must provide written notice to the engineering liaison of the other party at least sixty (60) days prior to the date upon which the change will be implemented.
