Engineering Support Services. 2.1 Boeing will, if requested by Customer, provide technical advisory assistance from the Seattle area or at a base designated by Customer as appropriate for any Aircraft or Boeing Product (as defined in Part 1 of Exhibit C of the AGTA). Technical advisory assistance, provided, will include: 2.1.1 Analysis of the information provided by Customer to determine the probable nature and cause of operational problems and suggestion of possible solutions. 2.1.2 Analysis of the information provided by Customer to determine the nature and cause of unsatisfactory schedule reliability and the suggestion of possible solutions.
