Engineers. Tenant shall retain the services of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and structural engineers approved by Landlord (the “Engineers”), which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed: (i) to design the type, number and location of all mechanical systems in the Premises, including, without limitation, the heating, ventilating and air conditioning system and the fire alarm system located therein, and to prepare all of the mechanical plans; (ii) to assist Tenant and the Space Planner in connection with the electrical design of the Premises, including the location and capacity of light fixtures, electrical receptacles and other electrical elements, and to prepare all of the electrical plans; (iii) to assist Tenant and the Space Planner in connection with plumbing-related systems in the Premises, and to prepare all of the plumbing plans; and (iv) to assist Tenant and the Space Planner in connection with the structural elements of the Space Planner’s design of the Premises, and to prepare all of the structural plans. All fees of the Engineers shall be borne solely by Tenant, subject to application of the Improvement Allowance as hereinafter provided.

Engineers. Tenant shall retain the services of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and structural engineers approved by Landlord in its reasonable discretion (the "Engineers") to: (i) design the type, number and location of all mechanical systems in the Premises, including without limitation the heating, ventilating and air conditioning system therein, and to prepare all of the mechanical plans; (ii) assist Tenant and the Space Planner in connection with the electrical design of the Premises, including the location and capacity of light fixtures, electrical receptacles and other electrical elements, and to prepare all of the electrical plans; (iii) assist Tenant and the Space Planner in connection with plumbing-related issues involved in designing the Premises and to prepare all of the plumbing plans; and (iv) assist Tenant and the Space Planner in connection with the structural elements of the Space Planner's design of the Premises and to prepare all the structural plans. All fees of the Engineers shall be borne solely by Tenant, subject to application of the Improvement Allowance as hereinafter provided.

Engineers. An employee in Class 3615 – Assistant Engineer (PR) shall be paid at a rate approximately five percent (5%) higher than prescribed for said class upon furnishing satisfactory evidence that he/she possesses a current valid State of California registration as a civil or structural engineer or architect.

Engineers. The prime responsibility of an Engineer is to operate and maintain the engine room equipment and to maintain other mechanical equipment on the vessel. Engineers shall not perform duties customarily performed by Unlicensed personnel, provided that on one (1) Engineer vessels with two (2) or less Deckhands, the Engineer may be required to perform limited duties aboard the vessel other than his customary duties however, he shall not be requested to perform such duties if they interfere with his necessary engineering duties.
