Common use of English Language Learners Clause in Contracts

English Language Learners. The School shall provide resources and support to English language learners to enable them to acquire sufficient English language proficiency to participate in the mainstream English language instructional program. The School shall follow the District’s procedures for identifying, assessing and exiting English language learners and the School shall provide its own programs which meet the requirements of all federal and State laws and regulations, unless waived.
