Common use of English Learners Clause in Contracts

English Learners. The School shall at all times comply with all applicable laws governing the education of English learners including, but not limited to, the Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA), Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Equal Educational Opportunities Act of 1974 (EEOA), and subsequent federal laws. The School shall provide resources and support to English learners to enable them to acquire sufficient English language proficiency to participate in the mainstream English language instructional programs. The School shall employ and train teachers to provide appropriate services to English learners. The School must implement, deliver, support, and maintain an education program that provides all the legally required education and services to English learners.
