Enhanced 9-1-1 Service Terms and Conditions. Hosted Voice service is a voice over internet protocol service. The Federal Communications Commission requires HTC notify Customer regarding certain requirements and limitations of Enhanced 9-1-1 services (hereinafter referred to as E911) of this voice offering. In no event will HTC be liable for any damage arising out of or related to Hosted Voice service and/or this Agreement as a result of Hosted Voice service not being fully functional. It is Customer’s responsibility to notify its users of the E911 Terms and Conditions associated with Hosted Voice service associated with this Agreement.
Enhanced 9-1-1 Service Terms and Conditions. If service is installed over a Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP) connection, the Federal Communications Commission requires HTC notify Customer regarding certain requirements and limitations of Enhanced 9-1-1 services (hereinafter referred to as E911) of this voice offering. In no event will HTC be liable for any damage arising out of or related to Smart Business Bundle service and/or this Agreement as a result of Smart Business Bundle service not being fully functional. It is Customer’s responsibility to notify its users of the E911 Terms and Conditions associated with Smart Business Bundle service associated with this Agreement.

  • ONLINE TERMS AND CONDITIONS The Terms and Conditions specified herein shall govern all members of ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ (“EHSAN AUCTIONEERS SDN. BHD. website”).

  • Payment Terms and Conditions 67.6.1 CLEC shall pay a Transit Service Charge as set forth in Table 1 for any Transit Traffic routed to CenturyLink by CLEC. 67.6.2 CLEC shall be responsible for payment of Transit Service charges on Transit Traffic routed to CenturyLink by CLEC and for any charges assessed by the terminating carrier. CLEC agrees to enter into traffic exchange agreements with third-parties prior to routing any Transit Traffic to CenturyLink for delivery to such third parties, and CLEC will indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Transit Service provider against any and all charges levied by such third-party terminating carrier with respect to Transit Traffic, including but not limited to, termination charges related to such traffic and attorneys’ fees and expenses.

  • CONTRACT TERMS AND CONDITIONS This section sets forth the terms and conditions of the Contract.

  • Standard Terms and Conditions Executive expressly understands and acknowledges that the Standard Terms and Conditions attached hereto are incorporated herein by reference, deemed a part of this Agreement and are binding and enforceable provisions of this Agreement. References to “this Agreement” or the use of the term “hereof” shall refer to this Agreement and the Standard Terms and Conditions attached hereto, taken as a whole.

  • Insurance Terms and Conditions Company must maintain the following limits and coverages uninterrupted or amended through the term of this Agreement. In the event Company becomes in default of the following requirements, Authority reserves the right to take whatever actions it deems necessary to protect its interests. Required liability policies other than Workers’ Compensation / Employer’s Liability will provide that Authority, members of Authority’s governing body, and Authority’s officers, volunteers and employees are included as additional insureds.
