Hosted Voice Service. The following additional terms and conditions are applicable to Atlantic Broadband’s Hosted Voice Service ordered under the Agreement. The “Hosted Voice Service” is a hosted telephony service provided to Customer by Atlantic Broadband over (i) an Internet connection provided by Atlantic Broadband, or (ii) an Internet connection provided by a third-party service provider (“Off-Net Services”).
Hosted Voice Service. The following additional terms and conditions are applicable to Breezeline’s Hosted Voice Service ordered under the Agreement. The “Hosted Voice Service” is a hosted telephony service provided to Customer by Breezeline over (i) an Internet connection provided by Breezeline, or (ii) an Internet connection provided by a third-party service provider (“Off-Net Services”).
Hosted Voice Service. Hosted Voice requires service to be in one location unless service includes lines installed in the central office. Voice service provided via SIP trunking. HTC Long Distance plan and HTC Broadband service required to participate.
Hosted Voice Service. Hosted Voice requires each line of the service to be in a fixed location unless service includes lines installed in the central office. Voice service provided via SIP trunking. Company Long Distance plan and Company Broadband service required to participate.

  • Voice Services In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay fixed per-minute rates ranging from $0.000 to $0.000 for the following Voice Services: Domestic Voice Service: Domestic Outbound Voice Service, including Calling Card and Domestic Inbound Voice Service based on origination and termination type.   • Hosted Services 3.1 The Provider hereby grants to the Customer a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to use the Hosted Services for the business purposes of the Customer in accordance with the Documentation during the Term. 3.2 The Provider shall create an Account for the Customer and shall provide to the Customer login details for that Account to enable the Customer to configure and administer the Hosted Services and enable registration of Customer End Users. 3.3 Except to the extent expressly permitted in this Agreement or required by law on a non- excludable basis, the licence granted by the Provider to the Customer under Clause 3.1 is subject to the following prohibitions: (a) the Customer must not sub-license its right to use the Hosted Services; (b) the Customer must not make any alteration to the Platform; and (c) the Customer must not conduct or request that any other person conduct any load testing or penetration testing on the Platform or Hosted Services without the prior written consent of the Provider. 3.5 The Customer shall use reasonable endeavours, including appropriate organisational and technical measures relating to Account access details, to ensure that no unauthorised person may gain access to the Hosted Services using an Account. 3.6 The parties acknowledge and agree that Schedule 2 (Availability SLA) shall govern the availability of the Hosted Services. 3.7 The Customer must ensure that all persons using the Hosted Services with the authority of the Customer or by means of an Account comply with the Terms Of Use. 3.8 The Customer must not use the Hosted Services in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the Hosted Services or Platform or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the Hosted Services. 3.9 The Customer must not use the Hosted Services: (a) in any way that is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful; or (b) in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful purpose or activity. 3.10 For the avoidance of doubt, the Customer has no right to access the software code (including object code, intermediate code and source code) of the Platform, either during or after the Term. 3.11 The Provider may suspend the provision of the Hosted Services if any amount due to be paid by the Customer to AWS for the benefit of the Provider under this Agreement is overdue, and the Provider has given to the Customer at least 30 days' written notice, following the amount becoming overdue, of its intention to suspend the Hosted Services on this basis.

  • CUSTOMER SERVICE ACCESS The Competitive Supplier agrees to provide, or cause to be provided, certain customer services to Participating Consumers. Such services shall be reasonably accessible to all Participating Consumers, shall be available during normal working hours, shall allow Participating Consumers to transact business they may have with the Competitive Supplier, and shall serve as a communications liaison among the Competitive Supplier, the Town, and the Local Distributor. A toll-free telephone number will be established by Competitive Supplier and be available for Participating Consumers to contact Competitive Supplier during normal business hours (9:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday) to resolve concerns, answer questions and transact business with respect to the service received from Competitive Supplier. The Town will post program-related information on the Town’s website which will be available to Participating Consumers for general information, product and service information, and other purposes.

  • Unbundled Voice Loop SL2 (UVL-SL2) loops may be 2-wire or 4-wire circuits, shall have remote access test points, and will be designed with a DLR provided to NuVox. SL2 circuits can be provisioned with loop start, ground start or reverse battery signaling. OC is provided as a standard feature on SL2 loops. The OC feature will allow NuVox to coordinate the installation of the loop with the disconnect of an existing customer‟s service and/or number portability service. In these cases, AT&T will perform the order conversion with standard order coordination at AT&T‟s discretion during normal work hours.

  • Voice Information Service Traffic ‌ 5.1 For purposes of this Section 5, (a) Voice Information Service means a service that provides [i] recorded voice announcement information or [ii] a vocal discussion program open to the public, and (b) Voice Information Service Traffic means intraLATA switched voice traffic, delivered to a Voice Information Service. Voice Information Service Traffic does not include any form of Internet Traffic. Voice Information Service Traffic also does not include 555 traffic or similar traffic with AIN service interfaces, which traffic shall be subject to separate arrangements between the Parties. Voice Information Service Traffic is not subject to Reciprocal Compensation charges under Section 7 of the Interconnection Attachment. 5.2 If a Talk America Customer is served by resold Verizon dial tone line Telecommunications Service, to the extent reasonably feasible, Verizon will route Voice Information Service Traffic originating from such Service to the appropriate Voice Information Service connected to Verizon’s network unless a feature blocking such Voice Information Service Traffic has been installed. For such Voice Information Service Traffic, Talk America shall pay to Verizon without discount any Voice Information Service provider charges billed by Verizon to Talk America. Talk America shall pay Verizon such charges in full regardless of whether or not Talk America collects such charges from its Customer. 5.3 Talk America shall have the option to route Voice Information Service Traffic that originates on its own network to the appropriate Voice Information Service connected to Verizon’s network. In the event Talk America exercises such option, Talk America will establish, at its own expense, a dedicated trunk group to the Verizon Voice Information Service serving switch. This trunk group will be utilized to allow Talk America to route Voice Information Service Traffic originated on its network to Verizon. For such Voice Information Service Traffic, unless Talk America has entered into a written agreement with Verizon under which Talk America will collect from Talk America’s Customer and remit to Verizon the Voice Information Service provider’s charges, Talk America shall pay to Verizon without discount any Voice Information Service provider charges billed by Verizon to Talk America. Talk America shall pay Verizon such charges in full regardless of whether or not Talk America collects such charges from its own Customer.
