Enhanced Alternative. The Parties agree that the following enhancements to the Preferred Alternative are in the public interest and support Project objectives. The Parties agree that the Project with the Enhanced Alternatives should be taken through the Hearing Examiner process in accordance with RMC 4-9-200(D)(1) and 4-8-070(J).
