Project Elements Sample Clauses
The 'Project Elements' clause defines the specific components, deliverables, or phases that make up a project under the agreement. It typically outlines what tasks, materials, or milestones are included, such as design documents, prototypes, or final products, and may specify timelines or responsibilities for each element. By clearly enumerating these elements, the clause ensures both parties have a shared understanding of the project's scope, reducing the risk of disputes over what is required or expected during the project's execution.
