Enhancements to SRC Sample Clauses

The 'Enhancements to SRC' clause defines the process and conditions under which improvements or modifications can be made to the SRC (Source, System, or Service Resource Component) during the term of an agreement. Typically, this clause outlines who may propose enhancements, how such proposals are evaluated, and the approval process required before implementation. For example, it may specify that either party can suggest changes, but both must agree on the scope, cost, and timeline before work begins. The core function of this clause is to provide a structured mechanism for updating or upgrading the SRC, ensuring that any changes are managed collaboratively and transparently, thereby preventing disputes and maintaining alignment with evolving needs.
