Enrolling in WHP. Eligible Employees and any Dependents who are eligible may enroll with WHP during an Open Enrollment period. The Eligible Employee or Dependent must complete all steps of the enrollment process.
Submitting Loop Makeup Service Inquiries 2.6.2.1 Comcast Phone may obtain LMU information by submitting a mechanized LMU query or a Manual LMUSI. Mechanized LMUs should be submitted through BellSouth's OSS interfaces. After obtaining the Loop information from the mechanized LMU process, if Comcast Phone needs further Loop information in order to determine Loop service capability, Comcast Phone may initiate a separate Manual Service Inquiry for a separate nonrecurring charge as set forth in Exhibit A of this Attachment. 2.6.2.2 Manual LMUSIs shall be submitted according to the guidelines in the LMU CLEC Information Package, incorporated herein by reference, as it may be amended from time to time, which can be found at the following BellSouth website: ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/guides/html/unes.html . Student Eligibility The LEA and POSTSECONDARY INSTITUTION shall qualify and advise candidates for dual credit from the pool of eligible high school students. A candidate for dual credit is eligible for consideration for fall, spring, and summer semesters if he or she: a. is enrolled during the fall and spring in a LEA in one-half or more of the minimum course requirements approved by PED for public school students under its jurisdiction or by being in physical attendance at a bureau of Indian education-funded high school at least three documented contact hours per day pursuant to 25 CFR 39.211(c); b. obtains permission from the LEA representative (in consultation with the student’s individualized education program team, as needed), the student’s parent or guardian if the student is under 18 years old, and POSTSECONDARY INSTITUTION representative prior to enrolling in a dual credit course; and c. meets POSTSECONDARY INSTITUTION requirements to enroll as a dual credit student.
Layoff Notice (a) If there are remaining redundant Employees after Article 32.10 and 32.11, the Employer shall give layoff notice to the most junior Employee(s) pursuant to Article 32.14 in the classification/classification grouping from which the Employer requested volunteers for the Transition Support Program. (b) The Employees in receipt of layoff notice shall have the rights of an Employee in receipt of layoff notice pursuant to this Article.
