The ENROLLMENT AND ATTENDANCE clause establishes the requirements and procedures for individuals to officially register for and participate in a program, course, or event. ENROLLMENT AND ATTENDANCE. The Governing Authority shall adopt an enrollment and attendance policy that complies with ORC Sections 3314.03 and 3314.11, including by: a. Setting forth the School’s procedures for student dismissal (i.e., suspension, expulsion, or emergency removal); b. Providing for the verification of residence and address for students enrolling in or attending the School; c. Requiring a student’s parent or guardian to notify the School when there is a change in the parent’s or the student’s primary residence; d. Automatically withdrawing a student from the School if the student, without a legitimate excuse, fails to participate in 72 consecutive hours of the learning opportunities afforded to the student, or as otherwise required by law. The enrollment and attendance policy shall be available for public inspection in accordance with ORC Section 3314.03(A)(27).
