Enrollment Guidelines a) The LDSS may employ a variety of methods and programs for enrollment of Eligible Persons including, but not limited to enrollment assisted by the Contractor, enrollment assisted by an Enrollment Broker, enrollment by LDSS, or a combination of such. The policies and procedural guidelines which will be used for enrollment are set forth in Appendix H, which is hereby made a part of this Agreement as if set forth fully herein. b) The LDSS and the Contractor agree to conduct enrollment of eligible individuals in accordance with the guidelines set forth in Appendix H. c) The SDOH and LDSS, upon mutual agreement, may make modifications to the guidelines set forth in Appendix H. The parties further acknowledge that such modifications shall be effective and made a part of this Agreement without further action by the parties upon sixty (60) days written notice to the LDSS and the Contractor.
Enrollment Guidelines. The following responsibility statement regarding enrollment, class attendance, and academic progress will be adhered to: “I understand that in order to continue eligibility for student employment I must be enrolled in classes at SIUE. I agree to enroll for and maintain at least the minimum enrollment requirements each term I work at SIUE. I will promptly notify my supervisor if I withdraw from school or decide not to re-enroll at SIUE. I will work only during the time(s) when I am not scheduled to be in classes and agree to regularly provide my class schedule and enrollment information to my supervisor when requested to do so. I further understand I am required to maintain Satisfactory Academic Progress as a condition of continuing employment.”
