Common use of Enrollment of Students Clause in Contracts

Enrollment of Students. District will supply current student enrollment forms to Agency. Agency will return properly completed enrollment forms and enrollment fees to District prior to the beginning of instruction. Agency recognizes that out-of-state tuitions fees will be charged for students who are not California residents. Student attendance and achievement records will be maintained by District and be available for review by students and instructors at normal business hours.
