Common use of Enrollment Preferences Clause in Contracts

Enrollment Preferences. As set forth in the Renewal Application and school policy, if the number of prospective students for any grade exceeds the number of available spaces for that grade, final enrollment will be determined with priority as follows: i. Children of founders; ii. children of current employees; iii. siblings of current students.
