Enterprise the Company and any other corporation, limited liability company, partnership, joint venture, trust, employee benefit plan or other enterprise of which Indemnitee is or was serving at the request of the Company as a director, officer, trustee, general partner, managing member, fiduciary, board of directors’ committee member, employee or agent.

Enterprise. Agent will enter Agent’s personal contact information (including mailing address, email address, and telephone number), and Agent’s emergency contact’s information (including name, relationship to Agent, mailing address, email address, and telephone number) into the eXp Enterprise system (“Enterprise”). Agent is solely responsible for keeping all such information current in Enterprise throughout the Term. eXp will rely upon the information provided by Agent, in Enterprise, as being true, correct, and complete. Any failure by Agent to provide or maintain the most current information in Enterprise shall not affect the validity of any notice from eXp to Agent; Agent’s failure to provide or maintain the most current information in Enterprise shall not serve as a defense by Agent to any notice delivered by eXp in accordance with Section 11, below. Agent, following his/her Onboard Date, may access the eXp Enterprise system sign-in page at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇; if Agent is unable to log-in to eXp Enterprise, Agent may contact ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ for assistance.

Enterprise. Provide information from own function area; re-direct inquiries and/or take appropriate follow-up action; greet visitors and attend to their needs. Technology: Operate equipment; identify and/or rectify minor faults in equipment; edit and save information; produce document from written text using standard format; shutdown equipment. Organisational: Organise own work schedule; know roles and functions of other employees. Team: Participate in identifying tasks for team; complete own tasks; assist others to complete tasks. Business Financial: Reconcile invoices for payment to creditors; prepare statements for debtors; enter payment summaries into journals; post journals to ledger.

Enterprise. (i) It is the intention of the parties to create a flexible Agreement in which employers can increase the overall efficiency and effectiveness of local government services. (ii) Employers should consider the development of enterprise key performance indicators which are specific to local needs. (iii) Where the employer develops enterprise key performance indicators regard shall be had to the following: a) measurement of the manner and process by which services are provided; and b) measurement of both qualitative and quantitative aspects of service provision e.g. community satisfaction, timeliness, service quality, output and cost data. (iv) Employers shall discuss enterprise key performance indicators relating to human resources activities and/or job redesign with the consultative committee. (v) Employee(s) or the employer may seek assistance from the appropriate Union or Association in developing and implementing enterprise key performance indicators.
