Entire Addendum Clause Samples

Entire Addendum. This Addendum contains the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, written or oral, with respect thereto.

Entire Addendum. This Addendum, to include Exhibit A, sets forth the entire understanding of the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter contained herein and supersedes all other oral or written representations with respect to the same.

Entire Addendum. This Addendum, together with all exhibits, riders and amendments, if applicable, which are fully completed and signed by authorized persons on behalf of both Parties from time to time while this Addendum is in effect, constitutes the entire Addendum between the Parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all previous written or oral understandings, addendums, negotiations, commitments, and any other writing and communication by or between the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof. In the event of any inconsistencies between any provisions of this Addendum in any provisions of the exhibits, riders, or amendments, the provisions of this Addendum shall control.

Entire Addendum. This Addendum consists of these General SaaS Terms and Conditions, which generally apply to all Service Offerings, and any attached Special Terms and Conditions, which apply to specific Service Offerings. Unless otherwise provided, references to this Addendum shall be deemed to encompass these General SaaS Terms and Conditions and any attached Special Terms and Conditions.

Entire Addendum. The parties acknowledge that they have had previous discussions related to SemiCab’s performance of Professional Services for Member. This Addendum, together with any Statements of Work, Order Documentation incorporated herein by reference and the Agreement, constitute the complete and exclusive understanding and agreement between the parties on the subject matter and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings, written or oral, relating to such.
