Entire Terms and Conditions. (a) This MSA contains the entire agreement between the parties for your supply of Milk to us. Any other prior understandings, representations, warranties or undertakings of any kind made by or on behalf of either party in relation to the subject matter of this MSA are of no effect. (b) Following execution of this MSA by both parties, any MSA entered into previously will terminate.
