Recording Sample Clauses
The Recording clause establishes the rules and permissions regarding the audio or video recording of meetings, conversations, or other interactions between the parties. It typically specifies whether recording is allowed, under what circumstances, and may require prior consent from all participants before any recording takes place. This clause serves to protect the privacy of the parties involved and ensures that all parties are aware of and agree to any recordings, thereby preventing unauthorized use or distribution of recorded material.
