Entire understanding between the Parties. This Interconnection Agreement read along with the ANNEXURE I to ANNEXURE XII hereof contains the entire understanding between the Parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes any prior agreements, writings, understandings or communications in this regard. The Parties agree that the terms contained herein are fair and reasonable. This Interconnection Agreement read along with the ANNEXURE I to ANNEXURE XII of this Agreement shall not be modified, amended or varied unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing in accordance with applicable Law.

Entire understanding between the Parties. The contractual documents referred to in Article 2, CONTRACTUAL DOCUMENTS, comprise the entire understanding between the Parties with respect to the subject matter of the Contract and shall supersede all prior and contemporaneous discussions between the Parties. Neither Party shall be bound by any conditions, warranties, definitions, statements, or documents previous to or contemporaneous with the Contract unless the Contract makes express reference thereto. This Contract may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which shall constitute an original, and all of which together shall constitute hut one and the same instrument.
