SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CONTRACT. 1. The Landlord undertakes to provide the Accommodated Person with temporary accommodation (one bed) in a furnished single/double/triple room No. ███████ in the SH ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ - ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇, ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ during the academic year 2019/2020 , i.e., for the period starting from 23.09.2019 until the day of the end of the examination time (inclusive) in accordance with the binding time schedule for the academic year 2019/2020 , as announced by the ▇▇▇▇▇▇, unless the situation under Article III Paragraph 2 hereof occurs, due to which the accommodation may be terminated earlier. If the Accommodated Person is a doctoral student of the STU or a foreign student, the accommodation shall be provided to him/her until the end of the academic year 2019/2020 . 2. If the Accommodated Person shall perform the professional practice determined by the study programme after the end of the examination time under Paragraph 1 of this Article, and he/she shall also be entitled to accommodation during the holidays in compliance with the time schedule of the academic year, as defined in Paragraph 1 of this Article, for the necessary period of the professional practice.

SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CONTRACT. The Parties referred to in Article I hereof enter into this Agreement under stipulation of Section 51 Law Act No. 40/1964 Book of Statutes - Civil Code, as amended, for the purpose of providing financial support from the Institution to the Participant in the amount as specified herein.

SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CONTRACT. The subject of this Contract is the obligation on the part of the Seller to handover and transfer into the Buyer’s ownership: the Universal cryogenic apparatus for measuring of physical properties in the magnetic fields (hereafter the “Equipment”) and the Buyer undertakes to take delivery of the Equipment and to pay to the Seller the agreed upon price. The following activities form an integral part of the performance to be provided by the Seller: Transport of the Equipment incl. all accessories specified in Annexes 1 and 2 of the Contract to the site, un-packaging and control thereof, Installation of the Equipment including connection to installation infrastructure at the site, Verification of the Equipment’s proper functionality and adjustment at the site, Delivery of instructions and operating and repair manuals Equipment in Czech or English language to the Buyer, in electronic and hardcopy (printed) versions, Training of operators at the site, Free-of-charge warranty service including service inspections, Provision of technical support in the form of consultations. The subject of performance (Equipment) is specified in detail in Annexes No. 1 and No. 2 hereto. The Seller shall be liable for the Equipment and related services to be in full compliance with this Contract, its Annexes, the submitted bid and all valid legal regulation, technical and quality standards and that the Buyer will be able to use the Equipment for the defined purpose. In case of any conflict between applicable standards it is understood that the more strict standard or its part shall always apply. The delivered Equipment and all its parts, accessories must be brand new and unused.

If the Accommodated Person is a doctoral student of the STU or a foreign student, the accommodation shall be provided to him/her until the end of the academic year 2018/2019 . 2. If the Accommodated Person shall perform the professional practice determined by the study programme after the end of the examination time under Paragraph 1 of this Article, and he/she shall also be entitled to accommodation during the holidays in compliance with the time schedule of the academic year, as defined in Paragraph 1 of this Article, for the necessary period of the professional practice.

SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CONTRACT. 4.1. In accordance with Article 7undecies, §11 of the Electricity Act, the Contract covers the rights and obligations of ▇▇▇▇ and of the CAPACITY PROVIDER for the CMU, or, as the case may be, for the CMUs related to Linked Capacities, from the time it is subject to at least one Transaction that is either the result of the validation of the results of the Auction by ▇▇▇▇ (if the Transaction results from the Primary Market) or the result of the validation by ▇▇▇▇ of the transaction on the Secondary Market (if the Transaction results from the Secondary Market, but subject to a request by CREG to ▇▇▇▇ to cancel the transaction on the Secondary Market validated by ▇▇▇▇ ) within ten (10) Working Days after this validation). The Contract is signed electronically by the Parties. For each Transaction, an Annex A.1 is created or, as the case may be, amended and is signed electronically. SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CONTRACT. 3.1. All license rights and intellectual property rights granted to the Licensee on the Data Product subject to the Sales Agreement are determined by this Agreement. The Licensee is obliged to act in strict compliance with the limits set by the Licensor, the owner of the Data Product, with this agreement. 3.2. The Licensor freely determines the boundaries of the intellectual property and license rights of the Data Product that the Licensor offers for sale on the Platform and and specifies them on the page on the Platform where information about the Data Product is available. All these matters regarding intellectual property and license rights shall be determined by this Agreement concluded between the parties. The Licensor may reserve all its rights regarding intellectual property and license and may offer options to the Licensee under various conditions. The Licensee may choose between the options offered by the Licensor regarding intellectual property. The Licensee is obliged to use the Data Product in accordance with the options preferred during the purchase and the provisions of this Agreement. 3.3. Whether the Data Product can be used for commercial purposes, whether it can be used for commercial purposes, whether it can be transferred, copied, distributed, whether it is suitable for working on it, whether it can be viewed by more than one person, whether it can be worked on and copied and distributed on the Data Product with the condition of attribution, and all limits regarding its license and intellectual property are determined by the "License Agreement". All rights not granted to the Licensee by this agreement belong exclusively to the Licensor. No other rights may be granted to the Licensee by interpretation of the Agreement. All rights of the Licensor related to the Data Product are protected by the provisions of the Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works, the Industrial Property Law No. 6796 and the Turkish Criminal Code No. 5237.

SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CONTRACT. The subject of this Contract is the obligation on the part of the Seller to deliver and transfer into the Buyer’s ownership: the Equipment for chemical smoothing of plastic parts (hereafter the “Equipment”) specified in detail in Annexes No. 1 and No. 2 hereto and the Buyer undertakes to take delivery of the Equipment and to pay to the Seller the agreed upon price. The following activities form an integral part of the performance to be provided by the Seller: Transport of the Equipment incl. all accessories specified in Annexes 1 and 2 of the Contract to the place of performance, un-packaging and control thereof; Installation of the Equipment and its commissioning at the site; Testing of the Equipment to verify its functionality; this will involve conducting tests on real prints from SLS technology to demonstrate that the Equipment operates fully in accordance with the specifications outlined in Annexes No. 1 and 2 hereto and meets all declared parameters without exception; the Buyer will specifically verify: Surface roughness, Quality of internal/external surfaces, Process speed, Material consumption and Consistency of surface colors. Delivery of detailed instructions and manuals for operation and maintenance, including list of spare parts, etc. - all in Czech or English language, in electronic or hardcopy (printed) versions; Training of operators focused on controlling the Equipment after its successful installation on site - at least 1 full day (8 hours) of training of 4 operators; Free-of-charge warranty service during the warranty term; Provision of free technical support in the form of consultations, e.g. regarding fine tuning of the Equipment. The Seller shall provide the Buyer with this free support even after the warranty expires. The Seller shall be liable for the Equipment and related services to be in full compliance with this Contract, its Annexes and all valid legal regulation, technical and quality standards and that the Buyer will be able to use the Equipment for the defined purpose. In case of any conflict between applicable standards it is understood that the stricter standard or its part shall always apply. The delivered Equipment and all its parts and accessories must be brand new and unused.

SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CONTRACT. 1. If the Accommodated Person is a doctoral student of the STU, the accommodation shall be provided to him/her until the end of the academic year _2021/2022 . 2. If the Accommodated Person shall perform the professional practice determined by the study programme after the end of the examination time under Paragraph 1 of this Article, he/she shall also be entitled to accommodation during the holidays in compliance with the time schedule of the academic year, as defined in Paragraph 1 of this Article, for the necessary period of the professional practice.
