Common use of Entirety of the Contract Clause in Contracts

Entirety of the Contract. This Contract and its annexes constitutes the entirety of the agreement between the Sponsor, the Institution and the Principal Investigator. Waiver of rights and modifications to the Contract must be in writing and signed by all Contracting Parties, failing which they shall be null and void. In the event of conflict between the terms of the Clinical Investigation Plan and the terms of this Contract, the terms of this Contract shall take precedence.
