I.2.6 The FWC shall continue to apply to order forms also after its expiry.
I.2.7 The duration of Order Forms may outlive the duration of this Contract for a maximum period of six (6) months.

I.2.4 The specific contracts shall be signed by the parties before the FWC expires. The FWC shall continue to apply to such specific contracts also after its expiry. However specific contracts shall expire no later than 6 (six) months after the expiry of the FWC.

I.3.2 Under no circumstances may implementation take place before the date on which the FWC enters into force. Order forms may under no circumstances be placed before the date on which the FWC enters into force.
I.3.3 The FWC is concluded for a period of thirty six (36) months with effect from the date of its entry into force. This contractual period and all other periods specified in the Contract are calculated in calendar days unless otherwise indicated.
I.3.4 The parties must sign any Order forms before the FWC expires.

3.1 The FWC is concluded for an initial period of 24 months from the date indicated in Article 3 of the Main conditions. The entry into force and the maximum duration of the FWC , including any renewals are indicated in Article 3 of the Main conditions.
