Entry into operation Sample Clauses
The 'Entry into operation' clause defines the specific point in time when the terms of an agreement or contract become legally effective and enforceable. Typically, this clause will state a particular date, event, or condition that must be met before the contract is considered active; for example, it may specify that the agreement enters into operation upon signature by both parties or upon the completion of certain preconditions. Its core practical function is to provide clarity and certainty to all parties about when their rights and obligations under the contract begin, thereby preventing disputes over the timing of contractual responsibilities.
