Entry Level. An employee will be engaged at this level for a period of up to 3 months. The employee has no experience or qualification in any functions/activities associated with employment in the aged care industry and undertakes training in basic workplace practices and procedures (e.g. workplace health and safety, work and document procedures and quality control/assurance).
