Common use of ENVELOPE No Clause in Contracts

ENVELOPE No. 2 TENDER (FINANCIAL BID) The second envelope “Envelope No. 2” shall contain only the main tender including the Common Set of Conditions / Deviation issued by the Department after the pre-tender Conference. A tender submitted without this would be considered as invalid. 1. The contractor shall quote for the work as per details given in the main tender and also based on the detailed set of conditions issued / Additional stipulations made by the Department as informed to him by a letter from ▇▇.▇▇▇ / CEO after Pre-Tender Conference. His tender shall be unconditional.
