Common use of Environmental Management Program Clause in Contracts

Environmental Management Program. ‌ (1) The Concessioner shall develop, document, implement, and comply fully with, to the satisfaction of the Director, a comprehensive written Environmental Management Program (EMP) to achieve the Environmental Management Objectives. The initial EMP shall be developed and submitted to the Director for approval within sixty days of the effective date of this Contract. The Concessioner shall submit to the Director for approval a proposed updated EMP annually. (2) The EMP shall account for all activities with potential environmental impacts conducted by the Concessioner or to which the Concessioner contributes. The scope and complexity of the EMP may vary based on the type, size and number of Concessioner activities under this Contract. (3) The EMP shall include, without limitation, the following elements:
