Common use of Epidemic Failure Warranty Clause in Contracts

Epidemic Failure Warranty. Supplier warrants all Products against Epidemic Failure for a period of three (3) years after Micro Focus’ acceptance. Epidemic Failure means the occurrence of the same failure, defect, or nonconformity with an Order in two percent (2%) or more of Products within any three (3) month period.
