Common use of Equal payments Clause in Contracts

Equal payments. Pay the balance of the License Fee for the first NHL season in equal payments, adjusted accordingly by the scheduled payments remaining (for example, as a new season ticket member executing this Agreement on August 25, 2020 and selecting Option 4 above, your first payment upon execution of this Agreement for the first year shall be 16.66% of the License Fee, and the remaining balance of the License Fee shall be paid in five (5) equal installments of 16.66% of the License Fee).
