Equipment Configuration. Configuration services will be scheduled between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM Monday through Friday and are limited to the new software version implementation. Customer will provide access and use of their equipment. Configurations are based on current monitoring solution. If expert screen services are required, as determined solely by Philips, they are available at an additional cost.
