AIRCRAFT CONFIGURATION. The guarantees defined below ("the Guarantees") are applicable to the A330-200 Aircraft as described in the Technical Specification ***, as amended by the Specification Change Notices ("SCN's") for:
AIRCRAFT CONFIGURATION. The guarantees defined below (the “Guarantees”) are applicable to the A319-100 Aircraft as described in the Standard Specification Ref. J 000 01000 Issue 6 dated 1st March 2007 equipped with:
AIRCRAFT CONFIGURATION. 4.1. The guarantees contained in this Attachment are based on the Aircraft configuration as defined in the original release of Detail Specification D019U002 (hereinafter referred to as the Detail Specification). Appropriate adjustment shall be made for changes in such Detail Specification approved by the Buyer and Boeing or otherwise allowed by the Purchase Agreement which cause changes to the flight performance and/or weight and balance of the Aircraft. Such adjustment shall be accounted for by Boeing in its evidence of compliance with the guarantees. The Manufacturer's Empty Weight guarantee of Section 3 will be adjusted by Boeing for the following in its evidence of compliance with the guarantees:
(1) Changes to the Detail Specification including Change Requests, Master Changes, Change Orders or any other changes mutually agreed upon between the Buyer and Boeing or otherwise allowed by the Purchase Agreement.
(2) The difference between the component weight allowances given in Appendix IV of the Detail Specification and the actual weights.
AIRCRAFT CONFIGURATION. 5.1 The guarantees contained in this Attachment are based on the Aircraft configuration as defined in the original release of Detail Specification TBD (hereinafter referred to as the Detail Specification). Appropriate adjustment shall be made for changes in such Detail Specification approved by the Customer and Boeing or otherwise allowed by the Purchase Agreement which cause changes to the flight performance, sound levels, and/or weight and balance of the Aircraft. Such adjustment shall be accounted for by Boeing in its evidence of compliance with the guarantees.
5.2 The guarantee payloads of Paragraph 2.3.1 and 2.3.2 will be adjusted by Boeing for the effect of the following on OEW and the Manufacturer’s Empty Weight guarantee of Section 3 will be adjusted by Boeing for the following in its evidence of compliance with the guarantees:
(1) Changes to the Detail Specification or any other changes mutually agreed upon between the Customer and Boeing or otherwise allowed by the Purchase Agreement.
(2) The difference between the component weight allowances given in Appendix IV of the Detail Specification and the actual weights.
AIRCRAFT CONFIGURATION. 3.1 The guarantees contained in this Attachment are based on the Aircraft configuration as defined in Boeing Document ***, ***, plus any changes mutually agreed to or otherwise allowed by the Purchase Agreement to be incorporated into the original release of the Customer’s Detail Specification (hereinafter referred to as the Detail Specification). Appropriate adjustment shall be made for changes in such Detail Specification approved by the Customer and Boeing or otherwise allowed by the Purchase Agreement which cause changes to the flight performance and/or weight and balance of the Aircraft. Such adjustment shall be accounted for by Boeing in its evidence of compliance with the guarantees.
3.2 The guarantee payloads of Paragraph 2.4.1, 2.4.2, 2.4.4, and 2.4.5 and the specified payloads of Paragraph 2.4.3 and 2.4.6 block fuel guarantees will be adjusted by Boeing for the effect of the following on OEW in its evidence of compliance with the guarantees:
(1) Changes to the Detail Specification or any other changes mutually agreed upon between the Customer and Boeing or otherwise allowed by the Purchase Agreement.
(2) The difference between the seat weight allowances to be incorporated into the Detail Specification and the actual weights.
AIRCRAFT CONFIGURATION. The guarantees contained in this Attachment are based on the Aircraft configuration as defined in the original release of Detail Specification TBD (hereinafter referred to as the Detail Specification). Appropriate adjustment shall be made for changes in such Detail Specification approved by the Customer and Boeing or otherwise allowed by the Purchase Agreement which cause changes to the flight performance and/or weight and balance of the Aircraft. Such adjustment shall be accounted for by Boeing in its evidence of compliance with the guarantees.
AIRCRAFT CONFIGURATION. The guarantees listed below are based on the CRJ700 Series 705-ER Aircraft configuration as defined in new Bombardier Aerospace Type ***, with buyer the Buyer Selected Optional Features listed in Annex A to this Schedule 13, and equipped with GE CF34-8C5 engines as defined in GE Engines Performance Model G0173F/pip82b. The weight data corresponds to the ***. Appropriate adjustments shall be made for any changes in configuration approved by the Buyer and Bombardier or otherwise allowed by the Purchase Agreement and which cause changes to the performance of the Aircraft.
AIRCRAFT CONFIGURATION. 5.1 The guarantees contained in this Attachment are based on the Aircraft configuration as defined in Boeing Document 787B1-4102, Revison F, “787 Airplane Configuration Specification”, dated March 28, 2012, as amended by Addendum Document 787B1-4102-FAAL01, dated June 29, 2012, plus any changes mutually agreed to or otherwise allowed by the Purchase Agreement to be incorporated into the original release of the Customer’s Detail Specification (hereinafter referred to as the Detail Specification). Appropriate adjustment shall be made for changes in such Detail Specification approved by the Customer and Boeing or otherwise allowed by the Purchase Agreement which cause changes to the flight performance and/or weight and balance of the Aircraft. Such adjustment shall be accounted for by Boeing in its evidence of compliance with the guarantees.
AIRCRAFT CONFIGURATION. Seller reserves the right to make reasonable and appropriate adjustments to the guarantees in this Part B for any configuration change or deviation from the A319 Standard Specification which is agreed between Buyer and Seller subsequent to the date hereof, provided that any such adjustment is made contemporaneously with such A319 Standard Specification change or deviation.
AIRCRAFT CONFIGURATION. 5.1 The guarantees contained in this Attachment are based on the Aircraft configuration as defined in the 787 Airplane Description and Selections Document, 787B1-0227 Rev G, dated May 15, 2006 and paragraphs 2.5.6 and 2.5.7 above to be incorporated into the original release of the Customer’s Detail Specification (hereinafter referred to as the Detail Specification). Appropriate adjustment shall be made for changes in such Detail Specification approved by the Customer and Boeing or otherwise allowed by the Purchase Agreement which cause changes to the flight performance and/or weight and balance of the Aircraft. Such adjustment shall be accounted for by Boeing in its evidence of compliance with the guarantees.
