Initial Configuration Clause Samples

Initial Configuration. The initial configuration of Customer’s Model 787-8 Aircraft has been defined by Boeing Model 787 Aircraft Description and Selections Document Number 787B1-0227 Revision H dated August 8, 2006, which reflects the Boeing baseline Model 787-8 LOPA YS6308B as described in Article 1, Table 1 and Exhibit A of the Purchase Agreement. Given the developing design of the Model 787 aircraft and the long period of time between Purchase Agreement signing and delivery of the first Aircraft, the final configuration of the Customer’s Aircraft has not yet been defined.

Initial Configuration. The initial configuration of Customer’s Model 737-700 and 737-900ER Aircraft has been defined by Configuration Specification D019A001, Revision 0, March 31, 2011 as described in Article 1 and Exhibit A of the Purchase Agreement. Final configuration of the Aircraft will be completed as described in this Letter Agreement

Initial Configuration. The initial configuration of Customer’s Model 767-3S2F Aircraft has been defined by the Boeing configuration specification 767-300 Freighter D019T002 Rev. K dated April 30, 2011, as described in Article 1 and Exhibit A of the Purchase Agreement. Final configuration of the Aircraft will be completed as described in this Letter Agreement.

Given the period of time between Purchase Agreement signing and delivery of the first Aircraft, the final configuration of the Customer’s Aircraft has not yet been defined.

Initial Configuration. 4.2.1 The initial configuration of the Cloud Services Platform will be provided by RIB CCS as per the Signed Proposal. In this regard and in order for RIB CCS to configure the Cloud Services Platform, the Client authorises RIB CCS to accept on its behalf the Platform Provider customer agreement which can be found at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/agreement/ for AWS and ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/en- us/support/legal/subscription-agreement/?country=za&language=en for Azure. The Client agrees that its signature of the terms contained herein constitutes it irrevocable acceptance and obligation to be bound by the terms referred to in the agreement above (to the extent applicable). 4.2.2 It will be the Client’s responsibility to transfer its Content. Any requests to configure, move, delete or transfer any Content out of the data centre shall be costed separately at the rate set out in the Signed Proposal.

Initial Configuration. The initial configuration of Customer’s Model 787-9 Aircraft has been defined by Boeing Model 787 Airplane Configuration Specification document 787B1-4102 Rev D, dated April 27, 2011 for the 787-9 Block A Aircraft, and Boeing Model 787 Airplane Configuration Specification document 787B1-4102 Rev. J, dated May 17, 2013 for the 787-9 Block B Aircraft. The initial configuration for the 787-10 Block A Aircraft has been defined by Boeing Model 787 Airplane Configuration Specification document 787B1-4102 Rev. J dated May 17, 2013, as supplemented by General Description document 787B1-3806 Rev. E dated May 10, 2013. Given the long period of time between Purchase Agreement signing and delivery of the first Aircraft, the final configuration of the Customer’s Aircraft has not yet been defined.

Initial Configuration. The initial configuration of the Aircraft is defined by Boeing Model 777 Detail Specification D019W005-L dated August 7, 2015. Due to the long period of time between Purchase Agreement signing and delivery of the first Aircraft, the final configuration of the Aircraft will be completed as described below.

Initial Configuration. The initial configuration of Buyer's Model 737-624 Aircraft has been defined by Detail Specification D6-38808-62 as described in Exhibit A-3 of the Agreement. Because of the long period of time between the signing of the Agreement and delivery of the first Aircraft, Buyer will require that changes (Change Requests) be incorporated in the Aircraft configuration. Boeing will carefully consider such Change Requests, and if practicable, incorporate these changes into the production of the Aircraft prior to delivery.

Initial Configuration. The initial configuration of Customer’s Model 737-8 MAX Aircraft has been defined by Boeing Model 737-8 MAX basic specification as described in Article 1 and Exhibit A of the Purchase Agreement. [****]
