Equipment Identification. PTLLC shall place a plaque or affix other identification (e.g., stenciling or labeling) to each piece of PTLLC’s equipment, including the appropriate emergency contacts with their corresponding telephone numbers, in order for BellSouth to properly identify PTLLC’s equipment in the case of an emergency. For caged Collocation Space, the identification must be placed on a plaque affixed to the outside of the caged enclosure.
