Equipment or Material Access and Removal Access. The Contractor ensures that all equipment and materials brought through the security gate is signed in at the main security gate on an OV18 form.
Equipment or Material Access and Removal Access. The Contractor ensures that all equipment and materials brought through the security gate is signed in at the main security gate on an OV18 form.  The Contractor is not allowed to remove any equipment or materials from site without producing the relevant OV18 forms or the equipment lists.  If the equipment or material is to be removed the same day, on which they were brought on to site, then the OV18 form will need to be produced at the gate when leaving the site.  If the equipment or material is removed after this time then a Non-Returnable Gate Release will be provided by the Employer’s Representative, on receipt of the original OV18, with which the Contractor brought the equipment on site.

  • Changes in Equipment, Systems, Etc USBFS reserves the right to make changes from time to time, as it deems advisable, relating to its systems, programs, rules, operating schedules and equipment, so long as such changes do not adversely affect the services provided to the Trust under this Agreement.

The contractor shall notify all potential subcontractors and suppliers and lessors of their EEO obligations under this contract. b. The contractor will use good faith efforts to ensure subcontractor compliance with their EEO obligations.

  • System Access Control Data processing systems used to provide the Cloud Service must be prevented from being used without authorization.

  • Additional Access Rights For the avoidance of doubt any grant of Access Rights not covered by the Grant Agreement or this Consortium Agreement shall be at the absolute discretion of the owning Party and subject to such terms and conditions as may be agreed between the owning and receiving Parties.
