Equivalent Positions Geographical. Areas For the purpose of this Article:‌ (a) Ten (10), eleven (11) and twelve (12) month positions are deemed to be equivalent; and (b) The three geographical areas are: (i) Boston Bar (ii) Yale, Hope and Silver Creek (iii) ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇. (c) Regular employees who are laid off and are called in for work in their classification shall be paid the rate for that classification. Where they accept work in a different classification they shall be paid the rate as specified.

  • Geographic Scope The "Territory," which defines the geographic scope of the covenants contained in this Section 7, shall extend to and include all of the states (or foreign equivalent) in which the Company does business as M&A advisors or private placement equity advisors.

  • New Positions The Board, in consultation with the Association, shall prepare a new job description whenever a new position of special responsibility is created or whenever the duties of any such position are changed or increased.
