Equivalent Workloads. a. The minimum credit for head coaching activities shall be the percentage indicated in the table below of a full-time appointment for a full academic year, or nine-month appointment year, except that cross-country skiing (combined men and women) will remain at twenty-nine percent (29%) and seven (7) credits. The apportionment of the percentage of a full-time appointment to coaching activities during each academic semester during the year shall be determined by the President.
