ERCOT Sample Clauses
The ERCOT clause defines the role and responsibilities of the Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT) within the context of the agreement. It typically specifies that any references to market rules, grid operations, or regulatory requirements pertain to those established by ERCOT, which manages the flow of electric power to millions of Texas customers. This clause ensures that all parties understand that compliance with ERCOT protocols is mandatory, thereby providing clarity and consistency in how electricity-related obligations are interpreted and fulfilled under the contract.
