Errors, Omissions or Questions. We must hear from you at the telephone number or address, listed above, no later than sixty (60) days after we sent you the FIRST statement on which the problem or error appeared. We will need: 1. Your name and Account number; 2. A description of the error or the Transfer in question and an explanation concerning why you believe it is an error or need more information; and 3. The dollar amount of the suspected error and date on which it occurred.
