Common use of Escorted access Clause in Contracts

Escorted access. Customer’s Approved Personnel may access the Co-location Space, accompanied at all times by an IEVOLVE escort, for the purpose of installing, operating, maintaining, repairing or removing the Customer Equipment in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Agreement on reasonable advance notice to IEVOLVE.
