Common use of ESL Program Clause in Contracts

ESL Program. Employees who are disabled should file a claim for benefits as soon as possible but within thirty (30) days of the discovery of the disability. Employees absent because of illness or injury covered by Workers’ Compensation will have this lost time deducted from the ESL bank for the first seven work days of such absence. State Disability or Workers’ Compensation benefits will not commence until the employee and the employer have filed the required information.
