ESP. 1. Purpose a. To assist the individual support staff employee in identifying accomplishments as well as to provide assistance for growth when needed. b. To establish procedures for evaluating support staff employees. c. The administrator (Principal, Superintendent, or Maintenance/Transportation Director) shall evaluate each ESP in writing. The ESP shall receive a copy of the evaluation.
