ESTABLISHED PRACTICES. 7.01 Any rights and privileges enjoyed by the employees and the Employer prior to the execution of the Agreement, provided they are not in conflict with any of the provisions of the Agreement, shall be continued and no change shall be made unless agreed to by the parties. 7.02 The Employer agrees to conduct annual performance appraisals no later than one (1) month following the employeeís anniversary date of hire in each program in which the employee works.
