Establishment of Performance Standards Clause Samples

The Establishment of Performance Standards clause defines the specific criteria and benchmarks that a party must meet in fulfilling its contractual obligations. Typically, this clause outlines measurable targets, quality requirements, or timelines that the goods or services provided must adhere to, such as delivery deadlines or minimum service levels. By clearly setting these expectations, the clause helps ensure both parties understand what constitutes satisfactory performance, thereby reducing the risk of disputes and providing a basis for evaluating compliance.
