Outplacement Program Clause Samples

The Outplacement Program clause requires an employer to provide support services to employees who are being terminated, typically as part of a severance or layoff process. These services may include career counseling, resume assistance, job search resources, or access to professional networks, and are often offered for a set period after employment ends. The core function of this clause is to help departing employees transition to new employment more smoothly, thereby reducing the negative impact of job loss and demonstrating the employer’s commitment to responsible workforce management.
