Common use of Outplacement Program Clause in Contracts

Outplacement Program. Employee will be entitled to participate in a twelve (12)-month executive outplacement program provided by an executive outplacement service selected by XOMA, at XOMA’s expense not to exceed $15,000 and paid directly to the outplacement service (the “Outplacement Services”). The Outplacement Services will commence after the Effective Date of the Release Agreement (as defined in Section 4(g) and therein).
