Outplacement Program. A. The Employer will be diligent in providing employees with all placement opportunities available under law and regulation, to minimize the adverse impact on employees who are affected by the RIF. B. The placement program will include counseling for employees on job opportunities and alternatives available to affected employees. C. The Employer will notify employees of the services available under its Career Transition Assistance Proposal (CTAP) and how to obtain them. D. The Employer will notify employees of the services available from other agencies under the lnteragency Career Transition Assistance Proposal (ICTAP) and how to obtain them.
